Graig Fechan is situated on a quiet side road on the edge of Pontardawe in beautiful south Wales. The owners have put their considerable expertise into its restoration, transforming it authentically from unloved dwelling back to its original Victorian appearance. The work has been done to an extremely high standard, reflected in its 5-star rating, with beautiful reclaimed parquet flooring, antiques such as the American rocker next to the top-of-the-range woodburner, superb Travertine marble tiling on the bathroom and wet room walls – and even a special turf-roofed bicycle store house with drying room, built for purpose by one of the owners.

Only 10 minutes from the M4 (2 ½ hours from London, 45 minutes from Cardiff, 1 hour from Bristol and 2 hours from Birmingham) makes this an easy escape for a relaxing short break; and its accessibility to beaches and other fun outdoor activities makes it a great place for a family holiday.
