Availability
To book your holiday with us first choose which accommodation
you want and when you want to stay with us. You can find the availability
for each of our accommodation in each of the accommodation
detail pages, or you can search
for availability across all of our accommodation by month.

Some of our accommodation operates on the basis that you can start
and end your holiday on any day you like and we will quote you
a price. Some accommodation does not allow you to book single nights
or to create single unsold nights in our calendars.
Some of our
accommodation operats a Monday / Friday change over only. You
can book a full 7 nights or a weekend arriving Friday evening and
departing Monday morning (or Sunday evening if you need to get
back to work), or a short week break Monday to Friday.
Booking Price
To calculate the exact price of your chosen break, click
your desired start date in any of our calendars. If the date is
marked available then you can be sure it is available, because
we block the dates out as soon as someone books. You then select
the length of stay and tell us about other options which affect
the price, such as if you're bringing your dog. If you have a discount
code, don't forget to enter it. If you're happy with the price
you can move onto booking and payment. We won't alter the price
after this stage and there is no hidden extras and nothing more
to pay.
Late Availability and Linked Bookings
You can book a break starting as early as tonight if you
want. All you have to do is pay straight away using a card. We
recommend that you call us to make sure we've seen the booking
and haven't decided to go out for the night before you arrive.
If you want to book two or more properties at the same time then
simply make multiple bookings. We may offer deals on such breaks
but recommend that you book online to ensure you can get the dates
you want while they are still available. You can create each booking
in turn and then pay either separately by card or jointly by cheque.
Booking Details
To complete your booking enter your personal details and
click the make booking button. At this stage your booking is reserved.
We'll then confirm everything on the screen for you and request
payment. We currently accept payment by cheque, debit or credit
card. If you are booking more than 8 weeks before your holiday
we'll ask for a 25% deposit and then the remainder is due 6 weeks
before your holiday.
Secure Payment
If you've chosen to pay by cheque we'll give you a few days to post
it to us, if you are paying by card we'll ask you to complete the
transaction straight away. Our system will automatically cancel your
break if your payment is not completed within 7 days for a cheque
or within a few hours for a card payment. All card payments are handled
by Sage Pay who are
a Payment
Card
Industry accredited card handling company.
Confirmation and Status
Once you've successfully made your booking, our availability
calendar is updated immediately. We'll tell you the status of your
booking and what happens next at every stage of your booking. If
you've only paid a deposit we'll email you before your final payment
is due and ask you to revisit the site to pay your balance. If
paying by cheque please do ensure it's posted to us in plenty of
time. Our booking system automatically handles cancellations of
overdue payments so do make a note in your diary of when the balance
is due. While we don't want you to miss your holiday we can't keep
dates booked out indefinitely. You can check your booking status

if you lose your reference numbers you can get a handy reminder.
Changes
If you change your mind or need to make any alterations then do let us know
either by email or phone or in some cases you can self service your change
and we'll follow up later if there is any refund or extra payment due. |
